Privacy and community review policy

Apukjuwiir Olympics (AJO) is a community information site. This page explains how the optional rating and review feature works.

What a review submission contains

The review form asks for a 1–5 star rating and review text. A display name is optional; if left blank, the site uses “Community member.” The review service does not ask for an email address, phone number, account, or precise location. Review submissions are stored in Cloudflare D1 with their submission time and moderation status.

What becomes public

The star rating, display name, review text, and date are displayed publicly in the AJO app immediately after submission. Please do not include private or sensitive information in a review. We may remove reported or unsuitable posts.

Moderation and reports

Reviews are checked before publication. Reviews containing personal contact details, private information, threats, discriminatory abuse, or unrelated harmful content may be rejected or removed. Use “Report this review” beside a published review to contact the AJO community contact. We aim to review reports promptly.

Retention and requests
